Pest & Diseases > Advice please
Hi,A pest has been eating the top leaves of my Eumundi Quandongs. The trees look really healthy apart from the top. I've lopped the top eaten sections off, but when it grows back and the leaves are eaten again. I put possum spikes on the fence but i don't think it's possums because they eat all around. However a couple of branches are broken. The flowers and leaves on my Tippuchina against the same fence also get eaten.
Possums are mighty clever as getting around possum spikes. They love new leaves and flowers :( I would be tempted to hire an infra-red camera and put it up over night and see what is causing the damage.
