Lonicera involucrata, sometimes known as the Twinberry Honeysuckle is a dense, deciduous shrub of an upright, multi-branching habit.
It has mid green, veined, oval foliage with hairy edges and produces yellow/orangey/red tubular honeysuckle flowers in late spring to summer. These turn to shiny black berries that are surrounded by red bracts and make a very attractive display in mid to late summer.
They are often found growing next to water in the wild and being relatively hardy can handle some air pollution.
