Cordyline 'Electric Pink' is a popular 'evergreen' shrub grown for its bright pink leaves and architectural shape.
The number of erect stems vary from one to many. The hot pink and purple striped strap-shaped leaves grow around the stem from the tip and form a soft domed crown. As the lower leaves die and fall off the stems are left bare accentuating the shape of leaf crown above.
In late spring and summer panicles of small creamy flowers are produced, these are not particularly significant and certainly not the reason this cultivar is chosen.
Cordyline 'Electric Pink can be used in patio, formal, Mediterranean and Tropical gardens where is provides colour all year round.
