A low growing annual vine that has fleshy, trailing stems and almost round green hairy leaves.
The flowers are bright yellow, five petalled and open faced.
The fruits grow from the base and the Queensland Blue is one of the largest Pumpkins available. The Skin is blue-grey and the flesh is light orange.
Some say that this is not the best Pumpkin for eating, but others won't eat anything else.
