Meconopsis cambrica is a deciduous perennial that grows as a basal rosette (clump) of deeply divided leaves that are bluish green.
From the middle of spring to autumn, rich yellow, open-faced, delicate flowers are borne on slender, wiry stems.
This species self seeds quite freely, so hopefully they'll germinate to provide attractive colour year after year.
